Youth Rowing Programs
Our youth rowing programs are designed for athletes in grades 7–12. This program is ideal for athletes who want to:

Proven Athlete Development
Pegasus Rowing focuses on long-term athlete development, technical improvement, fitness, and preparation for competitive rowing opportunities. Many Pegasus Rowing athletes go on to compete at the collegiate level, including NCAA and IRA programs across the country. Pegasus Rowing athletes regularly compete in regional regattas and progress to collegiate rowing programs. Athletes train and compete in a structured program designed to support long-term development and progression.
Learn to Row
Interested in learning to row? Our Learn to Row programs in the Philadelphia area are designed for beginners with no prior experience. Athletes will learn proper rowing technique, build fitness, and gain confidence on the water in a supportive environment.
Private Rowing Coaching
Private rowing coaching is available for Masters, senior competitors, and athletes of all levels looking for individualized training.
Training Seasons
Our year-round competitive juniors team trains across four seasons:
