** Head of the Charles participation dependent upon coach determination. If selected, participants will be responsible for all relevant travel and trailer expenses.
Practice Schedule
Our Fall Junior Racing Team will practice from 4:00-6:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Wednesday afternoons will be off.
There will be two optional strength and conditioning workouts in the morning on Mondays and Thursdays. Athletes will have to sign up for these practices on the Saturday preceding the week in question
Strength and Conditioning
An integral part of the Pegasus Rowing training matrix is our strength and conditioning work with Coach Steve L. Wilson of 8DaysLater Fitness. These functional sessions are immensely popular with our athletes and a key component to our building better rowers.
Expectations and Fee
This program is designed for rowers that don’t have scholastic-affiliated programs and those looking to further develop their sculling abilities.
Attendance at all practices and regattas is mandatory. Any conflicts must be proactively communicated to coaching staff in a timely manner.
With increased travel to “away” regattas, a longer season, and access to top-of-the-line strength and mobility sessions our cost for the Fall Junior Racing Program will be $1,450. Certain team and group discounts will be available. Please inquire for details through our Contact Us page.
